Properties of Division

1. If a number is divided by 1, we get the quotient as the number itself.

For example, 12 ÷ 1 = 12.

2. If a number is divided by itself, we get 1 as quotient.

For example, 6 ÷ 6 = 1

3. Division by zero (0) is not possible.

For example, 3 ÷ 0 = not possible.
